On a gorgeous, well-treed, secluded lot, a large family home in the heart of Prarie Village had fallen into deep disrepair over the last two decades. When listed for sale, nearby neighbors wasted no time purchasing the house on the ideal corner lot they had kept their eye on for years.
We've developed a large-scale renovation and second-floor addition for the new owners to meet the needs of their growing family and lifestyle.
With its modern French aesthetic, white painted brick, white stucco, and gabled parapets, the structure is merely a ghost of its original form (pictured left).
Oversized multi-panel sliding doors offer access to the rear pool and patio from both the living and owner's suites, while the kids have their realm at the new second level.
