Working with a long established local homebuilder we helped to develop a series of homes for the resurgeance of the Prairie Village suburb of the Greater Kansas City Metro. Prairie Village, originally built with small Cape Cod styles homes, was platted in the 1940's for soldiers returning home from war, the homes have become cumbersome for the way people live in modern day.
Desiring to develop a style that differed from anything being built in the neighborhood at the time, MOJO Built elected to pick up on the Modern Farmhouse style that was quickly becoming coveted. We worked closely with the homebuilder to devleop a series of plans and elevations that work within the existing context of the neighborhood but offer the features that new homebuyers are looking for such as open plan living space and oversized master bathrooms. With options for 2 car and 3 car plans, and various exterior elevation schemes, options are wide for any new homebuyer.
