Tihs 1700SF downtown loft apartment was designed as a model for urban apartments to come in the downtown Hays, Kansas revitalization effort. Working with local developer, Liberty Group, a plan was designed that was cost effective for the developer, but did not fall short when it came to amenities and spatial design aesthetic. The dsign pulls inspiration from the raw urban warehouse lofts of 1990's New York with wood floors, high efficiency floor plans, and open living space. All three apartments in this building offer 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a large open great room. Modern maple cabinetry rounds out the design with careful detailing.
The designs were unveiled to upwards of 500 persons at a gallery opening and were received with wide-spread prasie by local citizens and media.
